Production Time: Personalized items typically require around 2 weeks for production before they are ready to be shipped.

Shipping Time: Once production is complete, delivery to the United States generally takes about 15 days.

Total Estimated Time: We recommend allowing approximately 4-5 weeks from the date of purchase to receive your custom piece. We assure you it will be worth the wait!

Once your order has been sterilized, packaged, and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey directly on our website or through the carrier’s portal.
