Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aelumia. Because our customized products are uniquely handcrafted and personalized just for you, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

The Grace Period: You may request a cancellation or change to your order within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 Hours: Once the production process has begun, we can no longer cancel the order or offer a full refund, as the materials have already been custom-cut.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

A. Personalized designs that match the approved preview/order description.A.Change of mind or “buyer’s remorse.”
B. Incorrect spelling provided by the customer at the time of order.
C. Incorrect chain length selected by the customer.
D. Personalized designs that match the approved preview/order description.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue that is our fault, we will make it right. You are eligible for a replacement or a full refund if:

A.The item arrived damaged or broken.
B.The name/word is spelled differently than what you provided in your order.
C.The plating or material is incorrect (e.g., you ordered Gold but received Silver).

Note: You must contact us at xuyan05153525@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the item and your order number to initiate a claim, Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

If a return is required due to a manufacturer error, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

All refunds are processed in USD.
